How do I make time to get my exercise done in the morning?

Don't jump into doing a full body workout immedietely. What helped me was doing only 5 pushup, 5 crunches, 5 squats until my body got used to it to the point I would jump into doing it every time I wake up. Every new morning I get motivated to do more and more of these. Its important to do it slowly and give yourself time to get used to doing it every morning. So I recommend you to start slowly with only 5 of pushups, crunches or any other exercise you like.

Try to wake up earlier, but you need to go to sleep earlier too, or you can just find kind of exercise, that works for you. Something, that requires less time than others.

First of all, you need only like 10 minutes. You don't have to run half an hour, or do workout with weights, just a simple stretching or yoga or core muscle training (chest, back, legs, abdomen) suffices. If you feel like you need more time, then go to sleep earlier and you'll wake up earlier.

You have to want to do it, then you'll find a way, to make space for it. Believe me, I know what's the difference between saying I want to do something and actually wanting that thing. If the obstacle is not in your head, then you will float over it, like a snowflake on the wings of the winter wind. I'm cheering for you, to be able to overcome whatever burdens come along the way. My mornings are happier since I'm doing the morning routine every day. Start in your head, then make your actions follow.

It is part of my routine. I get up in the morning with the purpose of getting a drink of water, checking for any important work emails and just as importantly, going for my daily walk. I treat myself with a large at my midway point on the walk as extra incentive.

I like to wake up early in the morning, near sunrise, go for a small walk or jog, or even just stretch. If you go for a walk, maybe take a quick rinse and go back to wleep for some time.

So what I do is that I set an alarm very early in the morning so then I can have my breakfast and leave for school😄. After my breakfast I take a morning jog.

I recieved a picture on this app of chair excersise. So when ur checking ur emails and things in the morning u can do excersises at the same time!
