How do I make an exercise routine and be able to follow it? Sometimes things just come up and ‘changing’ the plan enevitably just means I don’t stick to my schedule and lose a week because of one day being a problem

I suggest u should make a shorter more realistic exercise routine that u are able to mostly follow daily, if things come up dont hesitate to change up the schedule a bit to suit your plans. Remember its fine to skip a day or two for other plans as long as u get back on track as soon as you are able to.
