It's kinda hard to keep the exakt feeling of it, but what you could do is to remind yourself every 3 h of the day of what you've learned and what you felt to keep your calm and keep yourself controlled for example if you get mad
Or you can connect it with a photo,word, person or a sound and when you need to remind yourself
Look at the photo or listen to the sound or talk to that person or say the word outloud
