Before doing homework or any kind of work, I think the key to being less stressed is to write down everything that needs to be done then prioritize the most important/urgent tasks to be done first and decide the tasks that can be done later or another day.
I also believe taking mental and physical breaks can be helpful to be less stressed. Take that water break and ensure yourself that “I can do it” instead of thinking negatively like “All this work is impossible to do”. When you’re ready to get back into the work, give yourself a timer to work through without any distractions for at least 30 mins then reward yourself. Hard work pays off and you’ll be happy with yourself in the short and long term.
