You can't. Don't stress out. Give yourself time. Search for workouts on Pinterest. Follow a suitable workout routine at home. No need for the gym. You will start losing weight very fast if you are consistent. But remember not to be hard on yourself. It will help. Remember, you are wonderful just the way you are.๐
