This is a hard question since I'm a binge eater. But I'd tend to eat something I don't like (eg: mint leaves) it changes the taste in my mouth and I feel like I don't want to eat anymore

For me I used to binge eat a lot the best thing to do is portion how much you want to eat and put what you dont want somewhere where you know you cant and wont get it.
