I find short mediations have worked for me. I think it would be helpful to take shorter periods:
• Short meditations help to stay relaxed all through the day.
• Also a reminder to take breaks,
To clear your mind and remember to breathe😚😃 during the day
• Longer periods may be difficult for the mind to stay focused

Hey, Break it up as you wish to! But make sure you are meditating for atleast 5 mins continuously. But my recommendation is meditation on the morning provides you the focus you need to kick start your day and brings the calmness in your mind. Start your day with meditation for the better problem solving in your work and to maintain the peace in your day. End your day with meditation to recall, reflect and to forgive yourself for every mistake that you have done that day. To declutter your mind and sleep peacefully. I recommend you to meditate on early Morning and Night. Thank you!
