Has disconnecting really truly helped you go to sleep faster and stay asleep?

Yes, I was able to fall asleep easier and faster and when I woke up. I didn't feel tired like I got a restful night sleep. My mind feels clear. Like it's not cluttered with sleep. Having that time to decompress helped relieve stress from the day. With time away from my electronics I could feel how tired I actually was.

I really think it has. I've been listening to an audiobook for 30 minutes each night, and I find if I can get immersed in the story, I genuinely switch off my racing brain and don't think about life stuff as much.
