very hard time doing this as well for me, until I had my daughter and now she wakes up everyday at 5:00 a.m. while I can't suggest that you have children just to get up in the morning It is extremely effective. Other good things have been to put the clock like the alarm clock or your phone weigh across the room so you have to get up and have like your coffee set up right there or your stuff for your shower laid out or whatever it is about your morning that you like the most and sometimes that can help entice you. or if you have a workout buddy sometimes the whole peer pressure will need to get up

I don’t go to the gym… it’s a run that I go for and the early morning cold actually stimulates me to run… the breeze running through my hair and the climate make it perfect for a run. A running partner also helps in pushing oneself to get up and get going…

First of all, I try to have everything ready the night before. Second, I have a reward for my exercise, in my case I walk (nowadays I even jog!) to a cafe and get a coffee to take home. Recently I have added a morning meditation from Headspace as a little push to get out of bed. Once you're out of bed, don't stop! Keep going from one task to the next until you're out the door and you may as well walk around the block since you've gone to all that effort!

Cold weather makes you sleepy so I think you should sleep well the night before first. After wake up, you should massage your face with your hand to warm up eyes, nose and ear, easy to stay awake. Then, drink a cup of warm water, you are good for a productive day.

First of all, temperature around here is always around 29 32 degree. Not a cold weather I guess.
Even if it is I am other duties as well, which are needed to be attended. So it's must to get up. Better to have a supportive partner to help each other out.
Sure somedays you may feel like to stay in the bed all day long. But if you have a partner that is a motivation. It will help a lot to get back on track. Of course this is a no brainier, but sometimes you needs to be the inspiration.
When you think about why you need to do it and consider long term goals and positive impact it will have it also helps I guess.
When you have higher goals and start slow and small it is easier – as fabulous does.
You can do it, because it's good for you even if you live in Pluto. Hehe

Well, habit only happens after a couple of repetitions. And creating a new habit, takes a very specific form: Trigger > Action > Reward.
For you to make an habit out of that Action, you need to repeat those 3 steps enough times as to engrave the habit in your mind.
So first start doing it out of will power. You’ll see that it feels amazing to go to work after working out as you have already won the day in a sense. If you feel like you need a bigger reward, have a nice breakfast somewhere on your way to work or offer yourself whatever treat you feel like!
There’s your habit sequence: Waking up > Working out > Treat.
I do feel your pain on waking up early when it’s cold, so maybe try starting with a small practice of 10min and then increase the time you work out little by little.

Well sometimes I dont. As it is Im a night worker (ie I work in a bar) so mornings were not really something I got to experience!
BUT that doesnt mean I gave up on the days I set my mind to doing the work out.
For me it was always setting up the intention to work out that morning. Setting it up in a way that it was unavoidable. Putting my clothes(gym and work), shoes, and preparing my bag/backpack for the day on a chair near my bed. Having 1-3 less things to worry about is key.
Also having a habit of waking up in the morning is KEY. Just have one straight week of simply focusing on waking up at the desired time youd want to wake up to be able to go to the gym is valuable. You dont ACTUALLY have to go to the gym. Youre goal is to establish the habit of waking up at that time. Baby steps!

Go to bed early so you are SUPER rested by the time your alarm goes off. At least for me, the main reason I don’t get up early to work out is because I need more sleep.

It takes a lot of determination. Take things one step at a time. I put on my gym clothes, first. That gets me in the mood. Then it's like "Hey, you're already dressed for it. May as well do it."
Harvey C.
Set your alarm to really upbeat, fun, empowering songs and make that your playlist. Also, don’t overthink whether or not you’ll go to the gym. Make it a priority and just get in the car and go.
Florian W.
You don’t. You just go. You just start doing it and once you’re doing it it gets easier. Plus, you get to brag about how you got up early and went to the gym before work

Hi, I’ve only just started my journey. But I find preparing my gym bag the day before, getting up to a big glass of water and thinking about my long term goals help. I think of exercise more about preparing mentally for the day, rather than a fix for my body. That really helps.

Firstly you have to build an habit of it but for me, it's not easy too. I wake, take water to revatalise myself. Take a step to the instruments for motivation, once I start I have to finish my routine
Chris E.
I wrote down 10 times sentence “I am happy and thankful now, when I wake up, I get up” in my diary before go to bed. This will help you get yourself out of bed. Besides, I use Fitness by Verv app, which offer series of HIIT workouts designed for your body. When I use this app I don’t need to change clothes or wear shoes, therefore I just need get out of bed, have a cup of water to stay hydrated and go straight to workout

I wear asap socks and trainers, then I drink my warm water with lemon and after a while I start exercise at home – I have my favorite fitness training at computer to play. If I do it at home, it's much easier to exercise every day.

Working out always makes me feel more refreshed and ready to conquer the day
Plus it makes you warm so that helps in the winter.

Tough question.. I’m still working on it.. I’m trying to focus in the good sensation and how energized I’m gonna be during the day after morning exercise
