A quick, short exercise I do is walking around the house for 10 minutes straight. Listening to music during these short walks helps a lot. Usually though, I go on longer walks around the neighborhood park in the morning. Those walks take about 30 minutes, longer if I feel like walking more.

Start by doing some stretching. The mistake a lot of people make is that they don’t warm up before a workout. Get some stretches in especially before a high cardio or HIIT workout.
