Hello there! Well there’s two things to factor in here…. How much time do you have to spend on your exercises? If you don’t have a lot of time in the morning and day, and being that you said you are not very sporty. Sounds to me like maybe 30 mins of Yoga in the evening before a shower. That gets ur body up and mobility functioning and the shower will soothe you and get you ready for bed!! Is that something that interests you?
