I love to make toast and switch up the toppings so it doesn’t get boring. Some days I have peanut butter and bananas or Nutella and strawberries. I love to have fruit in the morning because I don’t get as much throughout the day. If you don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning you can have some oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, or a breakfast wrap prepared the night before. Or you can simply make a bowl of cereal that morning. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy!

It's easier if I prep the night before. I never make breakfast in the morning, but if I can prep pvernight oats or yogurt or all the stuff for a smoothie, then I can bring it with me and eat when I'm ready.
