Does running to work count as morning exercise?

To me any intentional movement is exercise. I would say running is definitely exercise, as it gets your heart rate up. Cardio is really important for overall health. But if your exercise goal has more to do with building strength, you’ll want to do some strengthening exercises as well.

Yes ! You could be doing some exercise or movement without even knowing. Running to work could make you lose a few calories from it.
