Yes it does. Especially if I haven't been exercising as often lately. I try to space things out by changing it up every day and either taking long walks or doing light stretches on alternate days. Then doing HIIT or more full-on

If you wanna train every day, the secret is to target a different muscle group each day, or, if you're into cardio and you like being outside, to change place every now and then, so not to get bored.
