Depends on the day! Some days, I write whatever is on my mind. But some days, I do use prompts from meditation books or deck of cards I purchased from Best Self company. Doing this stretches my thinking to beyond what I normally would think about, gives me different perspectives and things to consider.
Both. In my daily book I write. Values, gratitude, affirmations, intentions. Then goals. In the evening I write what happened that day. Not good at reflection g in the day or writing feelings bc I’m afraid someone will find that and judge
