Gratitude can be expressed in various ways. Some people prefer to reflect on what they’re grateful for each day, focusing on recent experiences, while others maintain a broader perspective, acknowledging enduring blessings like family and clean water. Both approaches are valid! Consider creating a daily ritual where you jot down a few things you’re grateful for that day, while also setting aside time weekly to reflect on the bigger picture. This balance can enhance your gratitude practice and foster lasting healthy habits.

Every day, I am grateful for something I may not say everything in that moment that I am grateful for, but I usually start out with something that comes to mind that I’m grateful for. Once I say that, once I’m in tune to being grateful, the rest just comes out and I usually just contemplate and say the things out loud that I’m grateful for for at least 10 minutes!!! Gratitude is a state of being, tap into that and the rest will follow naturally! Great question my friend!

I do a mixture of both - if I don’t have a lot of new things to write about for the day then I tend to write more about general life things
