I like exercising and yoga in a group setting because it helps me focus. However, for meditating I prefer to do it alone but with guided audio. After all, I need to look inwards when meditating, if I'm in a group I would be wondering what everyone else was doing and feeling which defeats the purpose.
I prefer meditating alone because I’m more focused and aware of myself. Every time I meditate, I count it as my alone time and makes me feel better.
