Do you keep different journals for different things?
Keeping different journals for different purposes can be a powerful strategy for self-care and personal growth. It allows you to compartmentalize your thoughts, track various aspects of your life, and reflect on specific goals. For instance, you might have a gratitude journal, a goal-setting journal, and a creative writing journal. This practice can enhance your journaling experience, making it more meaningful and aligned with your daily rituals and routines. Experiment with different types to see what resonates with you!
