Do you have any great quick breakfast recipes?

I eat instant oatmeal and a hard boiled egg with tea. The eggs are already boiled on the weekend so I just get up and breakfast is practically already made:)

I usually kick my day off with a Brain Smoothie. I’m not a great lover of eating solids straight after fasting overnight so I have a smoothie.
8oz non dairy milk eg. Walnut or coconut
1 small or ½ a large advocado
1cup of fresh/frozen spinach
1cup blueberries fresh/frozen
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon MCT coconut oil
Either a raw egg or a scoop of non-dairy protein powered
Use a blender and add water to make into a drinkable consistency or take a spoon and enjoy.
A great way to getyour day off to a good start

Three eggs, one tablespoon of coconut oil, some mixed herbs, a splash of full cream milk – mixed together, and fried in a pan. Either into an omelette or scrambled eggs. Quick, effortless and filling!

Fresh Greek Yoghurt with some granola and berries thrown in a medium / small Tupperware container with a lid, grab a spoon. Eat on the go. Put the lid on to stop residue going through your bag and put the finished container in your bag. Sometimes I carry a very light linen bag in my hand bag to hide things I don’t want people to see (dirty Tupperware, shoes, etc) if people had see into my bag.

I like to make oatmeal, it is very satisfying and filling. Bring a cup of water to a boil, add 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, simmer for 4-5 min. You can top with unsweetened applesauce, raisins, dried cranberries, and nuts.

Tomatoes on toast is always great! I just make two pieces of toast, put on mayonnaise, then slice some tomatoes to put on top.

I don’t have any recipes but try to explore the possibilities, don’t only have fruit, explore. I’m trying something new to me which is smoothies. I get my recipes from an app called Tasty, it’s very helpful, you should try it.

Second breakfast: Two eggs fry in one t.s olive oil and one avocado on the side. Sometimes l add whilegrain slice of bread.

Yesterday i bought some muesley and cereals and integral cornetto with fruits for a fast breakfast. For a long one, i usually do some fried or boiled eggs with some herbs aroma. Maybe a turkey sandwich with cheese and olives and tea or a coffee…

Overnight oats (just add milk/plant milk to oats) pop in the fridge then in the morning add a handful of nuts/seeds and some fruits.

Quickie scrambles get a cup, break an egg into it, add a splash of milk and microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat twice. Add some chopped tomatoes and spinach and if you want something more substantial a slice of toast.

Morning oats: thick cut oats mixed with kefir and cover and refrigerate overnight . Put fruit on top. Whole grains, fruit, and probiotics. I like vanilla kefir and pineapple or strawberry kefir and fresh sliced strawberries. Can also use frozen fruit… it will thaw overnight. Ready to eat out of the refrigerator.

I do two egg sandwiches every morning – two eggs over easy on two halves of a cinnamon-raisin English muffin, lightly cream-cheesed, and usually a small piece of sausage in the middle of each sandwich.

I bought a bag of flour in an Asian market. I make pancake by myself. I use egg, green onion, and a little bit salt and pepper. Besides, I prepare a cup of coffee or orange juice.

If I have enough time, I would like to have a colorful salad with Shrimp, avocado, red onion, tomato and any other fresh veggies.

Porridge is my go to, with fresh fruit like apples on top! Or you can make a big batch of omelette-muffins/breakfast burritos etc and put it in the freezer, and heat it up in the microwave in the morning! Good luck:)

Chia bowl. Some rice milk & chia seeds in a bowl the previous evening and zoop it's ready to eat in the morning. With a teaspoon of marmelade or agave syrup.

I love fried eggs over arugula or sliced avocado, if you have about 10 minutes. For a real grab and go option, overnight oats are great — you can put in any nuts, seeds or fruits you have, and use any kind of milk, yogurt, or kefir!

A healthy and quick breakfast you can make is a salad. Just buy a bag of salad mix and store it in your fridge until you would like to eat it. Simple and fast!

Typically I sauté some onions and bell peppers and then add scrambled eggs. I also enjoy oatmeal, I use Bob’s because it’s gluten free. And when I’m really in a rush a Vega protein shake.

What I recommend is warm water first thing. It get your digestion moving. Then have some oats with nuts and fruit (fresh or dried). Keep it simple and healthy.

Easier the better! I usually grab some eggs and make them at work or will do baked egg cups in muffin tins on Sunday night to take throughout the week. Also, Greek yogurt with some honey and berries or an apple with peanut butter (or nut-zo, my favorite!) is a great choice for something quick and healthy. Something to keep you full and satisfied until your next meal.

I make steel cut oats at the start of the week. I add nuts and fruit and take it with me to work. So I always have a healthy breakfast.
