if you mean exercise like moving your body, i have few tips. Walking or running. Not everyone has time to go to gym and be there for 2 hours so I recommend walking and for walking my goal is 10,000 steps every day. Yes some days I can do over 10k steps, but some day I do 5k and that is okay. Running I prefer walking but running is good option to. Here is what I do. You are going to do some dynamic stretches, then you can start 10 min walk, after that 5 min jogging, 5 min running and then you can slow down and have another 10 min walk or you can do 50 meter sprint and then walk. (make sure you breathe properly)
