It’s common to overlook journaling on busy days filled with excitement. However, journaling is a meaningful daily ritual that can help you process your experiences and emotions. To maintain this habit, consider setting a specific time for journaling, even if it’s just a few minutes. You might also try jotting down quick notes throughout the day to capture your thoughts, making it easier to reflect later. Remember, consistency is key to developing lasting healthy habits!

Yes cause I was really in the moment and happy and at my peak so I usually be so tired to journal that day or may forget to but I really though try later on to journal it so I remember these moments and memories and can look at it when I need to or a bit into the future

Yes especially in the evening. The morning and afternoon routine are going very good and well. But the evening I forgot the most. But that’s okay, when it is going to be a must do, I’ll go and do it with reluctance. So I just do it when I can and I can fall back to it when I’m feeling not that good
