No, doing it more than once is an option not a compulsion. What matters is consistency. Exercise only once a day but for everyday. Consistency is key.

It depends on the day. Some days I’m really active, motivated and energized, on these days I often do a workout in the morning, going on a walk in the afternoon and do yoga in the evening.
But on some days I just feel really down and sad. I feel like I want to stay in bed all day. On these days I don’t even do my morning workout, I just chill and hope the next day will get better.

No, because I can't make time for the second exercise. But when I exercise I do two or three different workout videos. That is enough for me)
