No, I switch things up. I consider variety to be important in diet. It provides with a larger plethora of nutrients and keeps the task of eating breakfast frm being a boring one.

Right now; I am abroad so it is the same thing every morning. Bread, and chocolate spread with a cup of hot tea or sometimes hot water. Currently I am looking into ways to incorporate fruit. I also have a breakfast bar in my room because I need something more substantial for health reasons
