i usually don’t drink while i’m writing but i make coffe in the morning and i drink that after journaling, also it happens that i make tea before going to bed and journaling while drinking it. you should find your ideal set so you’ll be comfortable while taking care of yourself

I dont like tea but i do like coffee and i like Spanish iced coffees, these are pretty sweet with less coffee and 70 % milk. This is how i like my coffee:)

it depends on whether its morning or night, if it is in the morning then absolutely yes, but at night not really unless I am planning to stay up late.

Mostly tea, if I drink tea it makes me calmer and I can focus better. Coffee does the opposite for me! I love coffee but not when i’m journaling, it drives me nuts and i can’t focus. So yeahhh i personally believe tea is better!

When I’m journaling I drink Lipton’s black tea which is my favorite. I love brewed tea, and some other flavors I’ve tried lately which have all been surprisingly GOOD! I stopped drinking coffee about 2 months ago, it was good but stained my teeth enough. I feel that tea is better for ME I love adding honey and cinnamon just a little splash of cinnamon. Tastes so good yum 😋 had some about an hour before writing this reply and it’s more soothing than coffee before bed if you ask me 👍🏽

I normally drink tea while journaling because coffee can be very heavy, while tea is soothing and feels like it is floating down your throat, relaxing you.

I keep it picked up throughout the week and then on Saturday I vacuum and clean the bathroom and do a deepish clean the I just do a super deep clean when I feel like it lol!😂

I always drink tea, English breakfast tea in the morning while doing my morning Pages and night calm tea while doing my evening journal. I couldn’t survive without tea, it really helps revitalise and calm me in different situations and helps me think clearly. Plus I really enjoy it and when the perfect cuppa is brewed it is bliss!

I personally think tea is a better fitting beverage for when you’re journaling. Tea has always been used in different cultures as a healing remedy or as an aid in different brain functions and it’s for this reason that I think that tea specifically the herbal options are best choices for when journaling as it can help your brain and your emotions to come forward

Nope. I usually drink tea for breakfast or during the afternoon (at 5 PM to be precise). As for the coffe instead sometimes I drink it after lunch to feel energetic during the afternoon study.
