I like different types of meditation! I especially look for the ones who help with my mental issues like inner child meditation and meditations for adhd
It kind of depends on the kind of morning I’m feeling. Sometimes I use an app with calming sounds, sometimes I just listen to the quiet. Normally when I’m meditating though I try to reflect on myself and think of positive vibes. Sometimes I think of the plan I have for the day planning out everything or even thinking of a family member and interacting with them
