Do you always write in your journal or just reflect sometimes?
It’s common to have varying journaling habits. Some individuals write daily, while others reflect on their thoughts and feelings sporadically. The key is to find a rhythm that works for you. Consistent journaling can enhance self-awareness and help develop a meaningful daily ritual, but it’s also beneficial to allow space for reflection when needed. Focus on quality over quantity, and remember that your journaling practice should support your personal growth and goal achievement.
When I remember to reflect my day, my weeks or month, that’s makes me want to write it down. I like how it clarify and declutter my brain. Making all the thoughts untangled, seeing how my days went by. Realizing I wasn’t that unproductive unlike how my mind says. Even I wasn’t, it helps me to track the good that I did and be better than on my unhealthy habits. And those monthly journals always made me fulfilled, that everything is in order. And in a while, those became my treasure to look back into.
