Do sometimes feel you have too much to write, and the amount can feel overwhelming and demotivate you from doing it?
It’s common to feel overwhelmed by the amount you want to express in your journal. To combat this, consider setting a timer for just 5-10 minutes to write freely without worrying about quantity. Focus on quality over quantity, and remember that even a few sentences can be meaningful. Establishing a routine with shorter, more manageable entries can help you stay motivated and make journaling a fulfilling daily ritual that supports your self-care journey.
