Currently , I’ve been using mantra meditation. Is there a specific style or type of meditation that you have found to be helpful?

I haven’t been meditating for far too long, but I used to do it more frequently in the past. Getting back into it, I’ve been really into shorter and voice lead sessions as I don’t feel too overwhelmed. I like using both what’s offered on the app and the various guided sessions on Headspace. Headspace is an app made to help beginners get into meditation, and I used it for a long time. I still
enjoy it now that I’ve been using it again.
