I get up at 11 and have the breakfast at 11:30. Intense days it took me 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep at night so I woke up at 11 or 12. I got breakfast or it usually becomes one meal of a whole day. I sat here and there gazing in nature. Felt disappointed in myself and trying to think of the way to get out of this. "What do I do?" I passed all day being unproductive till it comes the night at 12, I go to bed and took 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep.
It generally depends on if I'm having a normal day, a busy day, or a rest day. On the first, I usually eat around 8am or 9am. The second can vary, as I may not eat till closer to 11am. On rest days, I'll sleep in, and I'll eat sometime between those two. I try to aim still for at least 9am.
I like to have breakfast first thing in the morning, because I wake up hungry. But I need to buy everything the day before, because I'm not willing to go out to buy it that same morning, because I hate leaving the house without eating.
