Try outmeal with hot milk mixed with bananas and cinnamon. Delicious and nourishing, but I think that you want something quicker. The quickest breakfast I know, without cooking is to grab some fruits, nuts, maybe youghurt or other healthy products you have bought and eat it separately.

An equilibrate breakfast must provide all the nutrients, proteins, carbs and fats. I think a fruit, some nuts and a egg can be a good choice. Greek yogurt, roasted turkey, almonds can also be a good solution.

I think salads are quick, easy to prepare and are very healthy. You can always enjoy making salads to your taste and have them on the go.
