Pretty great, it feels just like a normal day by then, my brain is awake and I feel exited and busting to get things done. Sometimes I'm rly annoyed because my siblings are up by then.
Usually I get tired after eating. I also didn't usually start eating till lunch. However having a breakfast has been better. It seems that after waking, then eating, my body is less likely to want sleep. Maybe it's cause I'm in the process of waking up already so it helps counter that drowsiness I would normally feel when I would eat lunch.
