What are things you find are good to curb sugar in your diet for breakfast?

I eat sandwich, or cereal breakfast for my breakfast. From milk i get my protein and the cereal for other nutritions and of course the sandwich is for everything we usually get in the morning. These are easy and quick to prepare and gives everything we need in the morning with good amount of energy. Internet suggests to focus on fiber and healthy fat.

I avoided any sweet cereal or fruit that I would want to put sugar on I stick to eggs or toast or something that wouldn’t require me to use sugar
