What is a good and healthy dinner idea?

Honestly anything that has protein, like meat, beans, whatever, then a starch, like bread or rice, then a vegetable even a little salad mix that you dump in a bowl and serve is a really great option. Also if your not big on cooking you could prep your protein and starch at the beginning of the week by making a big batch of it and using throughout the week for easier dinners.
