Break it down. Remember “how do you eat an elephant?” And the answer is “piece by piece” so, make it easy and if that is too much for you, make it even smaller. By doing the small ones that you can do creates a momentum and that momentum gives your brain dopamine and you can keep going until you’re done with what you need to do.
