What do I do if my body is sore but I still want to workout?

I would say still try to work out just do a less intense work out because that’s one way to help soreness as well as consuming a good amount of protein!

Stretch first to loosen up your muscles! (Gently first.) then just go for it because after a certain point while exercising, when you’re warm and working out the muscles will stop feeling sore and it’ll feel like a regular workout again (if you really engage all muscles and such and so the workout properly and get yourself tired and warm and all that ya know) trust me, just go for it dude and grimace Thru the first 5-10 mins of soreness pain, you’ll improve each day and will stop getting sore!
