The best motivation to eat food before a long trip away from home would be remembering that you’re not going eat it again the period you’re away from home. Imagine the food you grew up eating and maybe you have gotten a bit tired of it but I personally can assure you, when you’re away from home the food you ate at home would the food you will miss the most and keep telling yourself that you should’ve eaten a bit more before taking off.
