I think that is a great question and before I get out of bed I do brief exercises like stretching, focus on one or two body parts my abdomen and legs( 40 sit-ups), 10 leg lifts, 10 push-ups and back leg lifts where you are on your stomach and(10) lift your legs . I have so much trouble with my legs and joints. If you don’t use it you will lose it( that’s the motto I go by). I hope this helps you along your exercising journey. Have a great day!
