Before i always think now i should stop my phone now i should go to do study
But then one day I was frustrated the moment though of study came to my mind I just put down my phone distracted myself after 5 min I got the less desire to hold my phone again then I started to put down my phone without thinking and then choose to not hold it again 🙂
I think we just make our problems more harder than they actually are just do it one time and then do it again after that doing it will be much easier without more resistance
