How far from bed time do you disconnect your devices?

I start to disconnect about an hour before but I don’t completely turn off the notifications until Right before i go to sleep.

I don't have any electric appliances in my bedroom except from a light and a CD player (which is rarely on).
My phone stays on (although in Silent mode) as I use it as an alarm (I plan on getting a proper alarm clock) and the Calm app to read me a story.
I'm afraid my phone is by my bed though.
