Do you prefer to work out in the morning or the evening? What excercise do you do in the mornings if you do and do you find it positively affects your mood for the day?

I prefer to work out in the morning but I usually can’t get there until late afternoon or early evening. I absolutely feel that working out in the morning has a positive impact on the rest of my day. I do breathe work in the morning, with a short run if I can’t get to the gym in the morning.
