Do you have any habits you recommend to make your to-do list more effective?

Since I’m a visual person, I need to see that list in front of me. I have a note taking app on my phone that I have on-screen at all times. That way, it’s always there.

I classify my task by the type of task such as outdoor task, office tasks, kitchen tasks, and so forth. That way, I’m allocating part of my day to be outdoors part to be in the office and part to work on tasks inside the home.

You can include your daily work habits along with health habits by simplyfying them into small steps.
5 glasses of water or 5 minutes of reading.

If you have too many habits on your list you can get overwhelmed. Even if Fabulous puts things on your list, if they don’t work for you go into the list & take things off. Keep the list realistic with how your day actually goes so you can get traction with it & not feel overwhelmed or discouraged.
