Some things I always put in my to do list: enjoy the moment, be presented, take 3 deep breaths! Very good questions! Personally, I like diversity and I change the places as much as possible. The environment is so important!

- I need this to be so simple. And struggle to now what to include and what to leave out. Too basic and they seem pointless.
