I just start higher than expected and then fix it, and rearrange it and edit as I get my routines down. It will take time.

That's how I did it, on an ordinary day ( just like you Fabulous) I start to log how long I would take to complete my daily assignments (chores, reports or studies) for 3 days. After setting a estimate I started to work with calendar blocking to get the estimate precise. I still repeat the circle once in a while to get my clock right.
