How do you have time in the morning?! I’m struggling to find it first thing as I have trouble sleeping and I’m often very tired.

Well if you have trouble sleeping, it could be because of the things you eat or the exercise you are getting. If you are tired it could be because you go to bed very late and wake up early. For me, I go to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 (almost never 9 though) then I wake up around 6:25 am. Also for me, I’ve always been able to just make myself get up. Try this: “okay so your alarm just went off and it’s time to get out of bed. What are you going to do? Just sit there being tired wasting time? Or are you going to hurringly get out of bed and start doing the things you need to do? Because if you just sit in bed feeling sorry for yourself that you have to get up than that’s not doing anything.
