Sometimes i just take a walk to the workplace. Is it enough for morning excercise?

Hello, normal pace walking is not considered exercise generally, walking to your office is surely good for geeting your body move but if you want it to count as exercise you should do brisk walking instead. For at 20 t0 30 minutes. Brisk walk is when you can talk while walking fast but you can’t sing it is basically walking fast.
