How long you usually do stretching in order to wake yourself up or to feel energised for the day?

Hi, the length of my morning stretch depends on how groggy I am. It’s never less than 2 minutes or more than 4 minutes (5 minutes is too long ๐Ÿ˜Ž). I also stretch one to two minutes at a time during the day and exactly one minute upon going to bed. Hope this helps.
