Tasty! I feel a lot better actually following the suggested size for one portion of my cereal and milk and it still tasted great. Also a coffee without sugar is super manageable.

Today I’m not having the most healthy breakfast. I am having an uncrustable, strawberries, and coffee. I was going to go to the store and buy healthier food to make breakfast with but I hate wasting food I already have so I’m just glad I am having some fruit with this not-so-great breakfast.

It was really nice one. I made my own apple jelly the prior day and cinnamon rolls. I enjoyed them with my cup of warm oatmilk.
