Add dressing to the apples, this means add greek yogurt, almonds, cinnamon, for example. That has worked to me because it is more filling. If you can, add a cheese sandwich with mushrooms, I do it in the Sandwich Maker really fast. I hope this helps you.

okay so I think that it is very important to include a filling meal containing protein as a main and healthy carbs could also be included what i suggest is scrambled eggs and veggies or fruits and if you’re not a huge fan of eggs greek yogurt with fruits and nuts would be a great option

Well, if wherever your going has milk or a bowl, you can take Uncle Toby’s quick sachets there! Their healthy, can last you to lunch, etc. But if wherever your going doesn’t have those items, then you can take other fruits or vegetables like a banana. Another solution is to make a healthy breakfast the night before, for example toast, or overnight oats, and take it with you the next morning.

My mum makes me oatmeal pancakes the night before, with orange zest and a bit of honey. They keep very well and are quite filling!
