Make your phone an uninviting place. Make the screen greyscale, create timers on your apps. There are apps out there that make you do tasks before you can have more screen time, but I can’t think of any

Place your phone in a different room while you do something screen-free. You can start small with just 10 or 15 minutes and work up to longer times.
Keep distracting apps off your home screen or buried in folders. This gives your brain an extra second to think about whether you really want to open it.

-turn off the wi-fi for a few hours;
-turn your phone colours in black and white, It will transform it into a boring thing;
-delete all the apps from the principal screen;
-find other activities to fill your free time, activities wich relaxes you;
