My only problem is when I wake up Idon’t start it right away. I often just lay in my bed and scroll through social media. Any advice how to use them less? Thank you

Try charging your phone in another room before going to bed, and purchase an alarm clock for waking up instead of using your phone’s alarm application.

Put your phone in another room. Design your environment to make it easy to do the things. Water on next to your bed, prepare breakfast night before etc.
